"Very cute property with extremely helpful staff. The location was absolutely amazing. The 8 and 388 buses are within metres and many more within a few minutes walk."
"Wonderful front desk and concierge, kind and helpful. The room is nicely appointed and beds are superior!! Close to good food, sights, bus line and fun neighborhood shopping, would definitely stay again!!! "
"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

10/10 Excellent
"GREAT location! It was easy to get from the hotel to the main attractions, and it was within easy walking distance of all types of restaurants.
The staff was also wonderful. They checked on tube and train times for us to get to the airport, and since we had to leave really early and we were going to miss our included breakfast, they packed us a breakfast to go. Absolutely wonderful experience—would DEFINITELY stay there again! "
"Beautiful property and close to the tube. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The room was cozy and comfortable! Love the iPad and lighting. I definitely eill stay there again. "
"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"
"Really enjoyed my stay this weekend, funky hotel with personality, great location and friendly welcome. Clean, comfortable, all spot on, we'll be back. My daughter stayed a month ago for two nights, we had two rooms this weekend, so certainly becoming loyal customers."
"Clean and modern hotel, very small rooms though, could do with being just a touch bigger. Liked the complimentary breakfast fast check in and check out. A drinking water refill station would be a great addition "
