Wonderful family stay. Hotel staff were incredible (especially May and Dan who were fantastic, so helpful and friendly and especially lovely with the children which really made the stay). Hotel has cool fun decor and spacious rooms. And loved the biscuits and mocktails at reception. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel has a fair bit of character and quirk to it. The location is pretty convenient - walking distance to the underground. There are a few cool streets nearby. The room were clean, well equipped and quirky.

The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast had many delicious options. On the downside, the bed was not comfortable at all, the aircon did not work properly - we could not get the temperature below 22.9% degrees even at night, and the rain shower head did not have good water flow. Aside from those few issues the experience was good. We loved the location.

We had a great stay at the nhow hotel. Our breakfast experience made our stay. We were met by the fabulous Pedro the guest relations manager. He made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt special! The hotel is very quirky and it is in a quiet location with no noise at night. Highly recommended this hotel! We will definitely return!
