Great hotel and great staff. They always treat me well and I always return to this hotel, when I stay in london. The rooftop bar is a great addition with a nice vibe. Would highly recommend.. Great transport links also.

A welcoming and friendly checking team greeted us. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. There could have been more replenishments of water and teas and coffees given the weather temperature. The breakfast was plentiful and with lots of choice.

A business evening in London, very convenient. Was able to walk to our restaurant from this hotel however I did find the streets around Whitechapel rather dirty and I definitely would not feel safe alone in this district of London. Thankfully, you are only a short walk to the City where you the suddenly feel better.

i was put in a room that had a constant water leaking sound (the noise happened every time someone would flush) due to maintenance work, so they put me to another room. i stayed for 4 nights and every single day there seemed to be an issue, first with the water noise, and then with the key card not working in the elevator and then the room key not working to open the rooms. the room itself was great and staff were friendly but they definitely need to fix some of the logistics issues. the location may be overwhelming for some travellers
