"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and very accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place felt safe and offered a variety of amenities to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to shopping centers, banks, restaurants, and even a nearby convenience store. Their buffet also had a great selection, which we really enjoyed. I also loved that they have a live singer in the lounge every night. It added a relaxing and enjoyable vibe to the whole experience. Special mention to Raine from the reception. She has a great personality and provided excellent service. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!!"

"They allowed me to booked early, instead of waiting. Staff are very helpful. The place need some improvement since its an old hotel, but they still manage to maintain its cleanliness. Very close to shopping malls and restaurants. They have transportation available for a fee. Food is great inthe hotel. A little bit expensive as compared to others but considering its location, its a great deal."

"Breakfast not a lot of choices and was expecting local dishes like longganiza, tapa and dried fish Elevators and hallways is not air conditioned so it’s very warm to hot The signs in the parking lot is not clear and confusing. There should be a sign that stated what level number and the arrows are opposite than what you’re suppose to go"

"Staff were super welcoming upon arrival. Although we started with them a year ago, they remembered us as soon as we checked in. All staff members are helpful and efficient. Hotel is in a great location and within several minutes walk to BGC. Will definitely be staying at the property when I return to Philippines."

"Checking was confusing, I had to go to another part of the building separated by a garage, Batnroom stinks, they sent a security guard to come and check it instead of a plumber. My guess is a plumbing or sewer leaks somewhere. Beddings has tears and notified the property. Towels are old and used so many times including the blanket."
