"The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again."

"Lovely hotel big spacious rooms, luxurious feel and onsens clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffets EXCEPTIONAL, food was fresh, excellent quality and varied. Bonus was the harp concerts throughout the day adding to a true feeling of relaxation."
