11階のエスコンビュー側。野球を2試合観るためだけに探しました。正直、奮発して押さえたホテルでしたので期待し過ぎたのかもしれませんが、想像以上に狭いです。2日間連泊でしたがタオルも取替えなし。6泊以下は掃除もなし。4階にある受付の所に部屋着や選ぶ余地もないアメニティ等をセルフで持っていく。 チェックイン・アウトは事前にスマホで入力を済ませて行けばどこよりも楽な位でした。 窓の外の離れたエスコンも綺麗でずっと眺めてられました。お掃除の方々は朝バッタリ出会っても無表情で挨拶もされなかったです。少し残念でした。

朝食を食べる時、帰った人の食器の片付けが追いついていなくて、次の人の案内に時間がかかっていた。 主人と交代で食べようと思いましたが、余裕を持って8時頃並ぼうと思ったら長蛇の列で、チェックアウトまでに案内＆食べ終わることができないと思い、主人は食べられませんでした。朝食料金を支払っていたのに食べられなくて残念でした。

野球観戦で前後泊、朝食はおしゃれでスタッフの対応も丁寧なのですが、並び出すとなかなか進みません。後な予定がある方は要注意です。 良くも悪くも今時のシステム、部屋にはメモ用紙もペンも目覚まし時計も無くて、スマホ頼りでした。 ツインのお部屋からはエスコンフィールドが見えて良かったです。

スマホのsuicaをキーにできるのはとても良かった。部屋も清潔で綺麗で家族も喜んでいた。 部屋のはモニターがなく、ポップインアラジンを使用することができ、スクリーンもあったが、そのまま壁に投影しても問題なかった。 ソファが革張りで少し冷たく感じたため、ブランケットの貸し出しなどがあると、リビングルームで過ごす時間がより快適になったと思う。 朝食はとても美味しかった。 コーヒー等は注文すると淹れたて（だと思いたい）を持ってきてくれたり、フォーは都度茹でてくれて家庭では作らないような仕上がりで嬉しかった。 しかし混雑していたため、人員の配置の工夫でスムーズに朝食にありつけたのではないかと感じた。 レストランの前で40分並んだが、案内もなくみんな不安になりながら並んでいたため、エレベーターホールに一言案内があると親切だと感じた。

初めての利用でしたが、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。また、利用したいと思います。ただ、エレベーターが遅く、しかも狭くてあまり人数が乗れないので、混雑時は結構待った所は改善してほしいと思いました。

とにかく朝食がよいです！野菜が新鮮でキレイに盛り付けられています。サラダだけでも何種類もあり、手作りで提供しているそうです。飲み物、スイーツも複数置いてあり、迷います。お肉や魚料理も美味しかったです。ご飯はないですが、フォーやパンで満足でした。

割りと値段はいいのに、パジャマが無かったり歯ブラシが無かったりした。 サウナが、気になっていたけど宿泊してもしなくても同じ値段で高くて。 試合の無い日なら球場のお風呂がおすすめです。

隣の壁が薄く物音が大きく聞こえる 内線電話機自体が無い 部屋の操作がわからずでしたが12時近くても部屋まで来ていただき調べていただき無事解決してくれました 駅前で立地は良いのでエスコンフィールド使うには便利な場所です
