Best sleep we had on our trip! The room was super spacious and the separate bath and toilet was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having enough space to plant two big suitcases down and still stretch and walk around was fantastic. Great location and staff too. Cute stamp in the lobby

Overall the stay was good. Great coffee at lobby available for free. The room I booked was for 3 but it was too tight - no space for 3 pieces of luggage. I ended up booking another hotel for my wife and daughter

It's location is very good and reasonable price. However it's breakfast is too simple and not interesting. And I want to be served water when check in. If i visit Sapporo again, i may use this hotel again except breakfast

We are used to small rooms in Japan, but this was too small. We only took 1 piece of luggage and that was too much! Ok, so the room was small but everything else was superb. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Many “from Hokkaido” options that varied each day and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you with of this delicious food. Lastly, Susukino is somewhat of a red-light district, but it’s Japan, so we still felt very safe, just a bit sad.
