Staff were competent and helpful. Toiletries were high quality. Location is prime and perfect. The room is small but has all of the necessary items, looks modern, has a great bidet, tv with casting, and you can see if the washing machines are occupied on the tv. Only complaint with this hotel is the power outlet for charing your phone is directly over your head on the headboard. I've stayed here twice and will likely return.

The location was excellent everything was close by. We were able to walk to Nijo Market, easily take the bus to the Sapporo Beer Museum, and shopping and souvenir stores were also nearby. The hotel was very clean, and I especially liked the bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even though I don’t speak much Japanese. They made the effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Since our stay was less than 4 days, room cleaning wasn’t provided, but the hotel made it very convenient by asking us to leave trash outside the room. Every day, fresh towels and bottled water were placed at our door, which was very thoughtful. The front desk was also helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

I love the convenience of having Lawson’s, a laundromat, Spa, quiet areas and pool at rooftop. What needs to be improved is the elevator service and the centralized heating which makes some rooms very warm and uncomfortable and unhealthy for more than one person to share. These rooms should be allowed some fresh air by allowing windows to be opened even a tiny bit.

Right beside Tanukikoji facing the main street. Nicely designed hotel, space just enough for moving around and opening luggages. Lighting is really 'bespoke', minimalist with a touch of retro fittings. I stayed only 1 night just for the Sapporo winter festival, and glad I choosed this hotel.

Generally the property and location was very good. However was very difficult to communicate with the staff who really spoke very little English. That being said they were helpful and tried their best. 😊

The bathroom was full of mold which you will get a terrible headache. Breakfast is such plastic food that should be shameful by Japanese standards. Avoid this hotel if possible.
