"This is my best 2 nights stay in Sapporo, I got upgraded with higher levels and the room is clean and spacious (btw this hotel is the only one I noticed they have changed bed sheets and pillows cover for my 7 days family trip) and I was able to store my luggage 2 days before I checked in. Front desk is professional and friendly, btw I was able to do late check out cause wife wants to do some shopping thanks to IHG memberships. "

"The hotel is very new. It is located on the 7th floor of a shopping/cinema/dining complex. From the Susukino train station, take exit 4, which brings you right to the front of the hotel."
