"Truly beautiful as expected with such a pleasing fragrance when walking into the grandeur lobby filled with carefully selected live plants, theme dressed staff and warm smiles filled with kindest greetings ready to share with you. The check-in staff and management welcomed us with special attention to our reservations and needs. My 81 yo mother most appreciated the staff who remembered her & my father’s last visit less than a year ago. He since passed in December and this was his favorite hotel for the above reasons & so much more.Special thanks to Gerard, front manager, and Zaldy, our server at The Pantry that always take great care of us when we are there! We are so very grateful!"
