"The hotel is showing signs of aging. The carpets need to be replaced. Shower could get some tile grout redone. We found out our floor is scheduled to have new work done so this could be next on the list. It’s very convenient location offsets the aesthetics. "The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."
