"They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!"

"We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have several staff that are able to speak some english so that was a great help because my japanese is limited. My family had a comfortable stay and had a great time at the onsen! "
"The property itself was wonderful. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with its own private hot spring bath. The staff were wonderful as well and everything about the hotel was great.
What we found though is there really isn’t much to do around the area and not many restaurants that aren’t at the mall.
So if you stay here, plan your day to just hang out at the hotel and eat at the hotel. There is a lot to do from the planetarium to renting bikes, to playing tennis and chilling in the baths."
