"The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. The staff gave us a check in receipt with instructions on how to operate our room lights, breakfast times, key instructions for our room, and check out info. Unfortunately we did not pay attention to the check out time but they called and reminded us. The staff were kind and extended our time for us for a small fee which we did not mind paying to be there the hour over time. The hotel was the most pleasant hotel experience we have had in all over our traveling and we will be returning again in April 2026."

We love the private onsen and yukata as well The staff here were super helpful and wanted us to have a nice stay. Most of them can help in basic English, but there were a few who you have to take out the translator for which was not a big issue"
