"Very impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The only exception was that the thermostat didn't seem to work properly, which caused our room to be intermittently too cool or too warm. Other than that, I was happy with the stay."

"I love this hotel... It's beautiful and historic and (some of) the rooms are huge! It's local to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western so perfect for graduation this weekend. It's within easy walking distance if the RTA to head downtown to a baseball game. We did have issues this time with the room not being made up (even when we inquired on the 3rd day), and the AC struggled to keep up with the unseasonably warm weekend. And there is a single working elevator as they upgrade them (one at a time). But the staff is friendly, the shuttle a wonderful thing, and in/out parking great! So overall still a fabulous and comfortable place to stay. "

"This is a new hotel located a mile from Cleveland airport, that was the main reason we chose to stay there. Check in was easy, room was clean with all of the utilities, shampoo, conditioner shower gel etc... Staff were great, very accommodating and willing to assist. Our car rental drop off was a couple of miles from hotel and they came and picked us up once we turned in the car. Shuttle to airport is free and starts at 4am, another useful perk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a hotel the night before a flight. "
