Loved the hotels location. Tons of restaurants located so closely and the ferry to take across to Granville island was walkable! Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel room was smaller than expected but great for our one night stay.

The staff at this hotel are hands-down the star of the show. So incredibly friendly and helpful. It is an older building with attempts to add some "lipstick". For example, bathroom was updated, but there is a musty smell that gives away the age of the building. Fine for a few nights on business. Convenient location.

The couch was terrible and lighting in the rooms was antiquated. To turn on light in couch area where the coffee pot was, it also turned on the light in the bedroom overhead. The room was clean and I appreciated that they had plenty of towels. For the price it was very disappointing, especially since no breakfast was included. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful with luggage and very friendly.

Property was updated. Nice size frig, microwave, and in room safe. Stayed before cruise, on a Saturday night. The sounds of the club music until just after 4 am made sleeping impossible. When asking the front desk is there a better location in hotel so we would not hear the club music, was told different types of rooms on each floor. Not answering the questions; so club music must be heard everywhere.

Well, staff are super helpful and efficient. The room was clean and very nicely appointed. I was surprised to see that we had double beds and not queens so prepare yourself for that depending on what you book otherwise I’d highly recommend the hotel.

Clean room with mini fridge, microwave and a safe. Good for a 3 star facility. Room on floor 6 was quiet with no noise from the neighbouring nightclub space. More cleaning staff needed to service rooms. Very disappointed with TV service, only 3-4 stations, mostly sports and American stations. When asked there wasn’t a clear explanation as to why there weren’t more stations available.
