"It was a very nice "cozy" room. The location was excellent. Even though it's very close to Times Square it was quiet. The beds were comfortable too."

"assistance to family with disabled child is less.. microwave is not available. they said its for safety but they gave me a kettle instead . I needed a microwave because my autistic kids still drink milk a warm one so i really need it. But kettle works. elevator needs fixing. they need extra .. there's a lot of people checking in so i think its time to add more .. they said my room is city view turns out just a windor facing wall or the the building. anyway accessibility is the most important to me .. including the microwave."

"We received a 35 dollar per room restaurant credit but as we were only staying one night we wanted to use it the next morning for breakfast. When we requested this the next morning the receptionist refused and checked us out immediately. Also charging for luggage storage is something I have never experienced in all my travels."

"Horrible, Horrible!! I arrived at 5pm. My room was not ready. I went and had dinner. After dinner which was approximately 8pm and my room was not ready!!!! I was upgraded to a suite however when I entered the room it was a sauna. The air conditioning unit never worked consistently. For the next 2 days I needed to call 3 times per day to get air and finally on the third day I was moved to a different room. I was not provided a refund for 1 night stay as promised by management. Not a good value for your money. The images of the lobby look great. Do not be deceived."
