"Minor issue, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in our room, but no other issues. Staff was friendly, property was lovely and convenient to activities, subway, and dining. Room was clean and had no odors."

"This property is very convenient due to its proximity to Times Square, other than that, the rooms are old and overall not worth the value: the AC doesn’t work, there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the rooms aren’t clean. The rooms do not look like the photos being advertised."

"No breakfast served. There's an unappealing kiosk in the lobby but it was uninviting in my opinion plus super expensive. There's a coffee shop across the street (right after Michael's) that doesn't look fancy from the outside but their food is excellent. I had breakfast there for $6 which included coffee, Greek yogurt and an amazing banana nut muffin that was out of this world. The name is Certé...super good coffee too."

"Very disappointed with the property. Staff members are very rude and didn't show any interest or considerations at all. Had multiple issues with the room. Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least. Very cool property, but unfortunately the type of people that stay there and the staff make it a bad experience."
