"The bed was as hard as a rock, they had signs up saying they would fine you for all sorts of things, hanging laundry, cooking food that smelled, taking a chair on the balcony, smoking outside. There were bugs everywhere, even in the towels. Do not stay here"

The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property."
