"I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."

"We were given a different room from our reserved room, which was much further than the first room. Tower was very far from parking. Toilet flush was not working. Room was a bit dirty. Good thing View from room was awesome. Dinning was very accessible from front gate."

"Pico Sands is a great hotel. It is located at Pico beach and shares facilities with the Pico country club and resort. Check-in was seamless and their focus on keeping the resort COVID-free was impressive. In fact, we stayed at two 5-star hotels prior to this and the Pico Sands was the only one to ask for vaccination certificates. The food in the restaurant is first-rate. The facility is now a little older but clean and functional. Overall highly recommended, but book early."
