He made sure our bell boy was available on the day of our departure for our luggages. I would rate the food as 5 out of 10 . The “ privilege “ upgrade is definitely worth it . There’s one thing that we were not pleased with , the waiting for your dinner is extremely long . The fine dining would take about 1-1/2 - 2 hours . The property is beautiful with lots of amenities . You must try the only red clay courts in Punta Cana . "
