"I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered."

"The room, while small, was very clean and had everything you need. The bathroom was small, but very nice. The shower was a good size. It did lack counter space. Also, if you stay in the winter, be aware it’s across from where the trucks get sand/salt for the roads. It definitely affects the traffic & is a bit noisy. We were on the 4th floor and after a day of walking, we were not bothered by the noise! Would stay again. "

"Room was clean and issue with we had with the bathroom was fixed pronto. Check in was quick. Parking is plentyful around the hotel. Close to the mall and movie theatre and transportation. I would stay here again "
