Great, clean airport hotel. Excellent shuttle to the airport and public transit hub. Good restaurant at the Marriott across the parking lot. Only downside the overall location in Queens. Not an inviting neighborhood to walk around so you feel a little trapped.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were always warm, friendly, and attentive. I was also impressed by the well-equipped fitness center and all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. The breakfast was even better than I expected and absolutely delicious. I would happily stay here again!

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. Staff was very nuce and helpful. Was really convenient that there was a restaurant in the Mariott on the same property. Our room's stovetop was "under construcgion", but since we weren't going to cook, it didnt affect us.

I’ve never been to a hotel with a more pleasant and accommodating staff! They were absolute superstars in customer service. The shuttle to the airport was efficient and a nice bonus. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Loved having the little kitchenette even with just one nights stay. We had a late flight out the next day and they were so kind to accommodate a late check out. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

This is my second stay and you guys need to improve little bit more on the amenities because there is no body lotion no personal accessories like shaving kit! What you charge for a night is not cheap so should put these kind of things as perks for the travellers! The bf is good but should extend the timing till 10 am at least! The biggest advantage of this hotel is it's staff who are nice, attentive, and so kind! Thanks to them I am giving 4 stars for this property, but giving them 5 stars and thank you Chloe!
