"Clean room and staff respectful"

"The room, while small, was very clean and had everything you need. The bathroom was small, but very nice. The shower was a good size. It did lack counter space. Also, if you stay in the winter, be aware it’s across from where the trucks get sand/salt for the roads. It definitely affects the traffic & is a bit noisy. We were on the 4th floor and after a day of walking, we were not bothered by the noise! Would stay again. "

"What a surprise- a good one! This hotel’s got cute, clean updated rooms and bathrooms, big windows, spacious lounge downstairs, nearby subway, and really friendly, accommodating staff (Braidwyn, Levan and all the ladies in housekeeping and services, shout out to you! Thanks for making our trip :) (Important to know: this is not the “Hotel RL,” as it sometimes appears in searches.) Any requests, even room changes, were honored quickly and with understanding and kindness. Many other guests seemed to hail from all over the world which gave it a fun, almost European feel. Be sure to go up to the 7th floor, walk along the wall of windows, then look left to check out the spectacular NYC skyline. Santa Panza Italian restaurant, right across the street, has great food with a Bohemian vibe. It’s throwback to days in the Village, and a treat. "

"Room was great & in good repair. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Just a note, if you're staying here to visit Manhattan, it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get there via subway from here. "
