"This is purely on the property - it was an awful stay. Cockroach type bugs, hair on the bed and unclean rooms. It’s nothing as advertised. The staff was nice enough to offer us a free ride to airport for our uncomfortable stay. However I would’ve rather stayed elsewhere and not had any of these issues. "
