lovely hotel design

Lovely hotel with spacious room , balcony and a wonderful view.it was good to escape the crowded old quarter and it is not far away from the hotel. We booked a stay at the hotel 6 years ago for a honeymoon that we didn’t mange to make it due to a war conflict in our country and it was nice to finally come to the hotel snd vietnam

The hotel is in a quiet part of Hanoi, about 20 minutes or so from the Old Quarter. The outdoor look is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable. Excellent staff and service.

Attractive hotel surroundings

Attractive hotel, large rooms, scenic location. Walking distance to some restaurants. Costs for extra items higher than other area hotels.

Excellent service and location

Excellent service, beautiful room, great food and location. I used the gym which was amazing, they have great machines. I also had beautiful lake view.We tried several hotels in Hanoi and we were disappointed until we found this one

Excellent oasis

Super nice hotel - particularly the rooms over the water. There are not so many facilities outside the hotel, but what is there is excellent e.g. the pool and the sunset bar. It’s a great choice if you want to stay at a hotel which provides you with quiet oasis to retreat to after a day in the buzzing city. We stayed there with our 10 year old son.

Nice, but far from great....

The property was dated. The service staff was great as always, but the rooms need to be upgraded right away. The Wi-Fi needs to be 5G not 2.4. It's 2025, not 1995. If IHG Prides itself on quality, then read this review and spend the money to restore this property to what the traveling public comes to expect when staying at an IHG property.

Had a pleasant stay

A very nice place to stay if you plan to spend some time at the hotel. Nice bar over the water with a barbeque meny. A gym with separate locker room and saunas. The breakfast is really great and somewhat various. The staff is great and the two restaurants in the main building as well. Over the weekend I went of for Ha Long bay and could leave my bigger luggage at the hotel. When I returned I could take a shower at the gym before going to the airport, without any extra fee. Very much appreciated.
