We stayed in a villa on the ocean side and found the room to be traditional Mexican style very clean and spacious with a great setting overlooking the Bay. The resort spans two sides of the street which allows guests to have both the marina AND ocean experience. The Beach is small but swimmable. The are is very safe and walking distance to the marina which has lots of shops and restaurants. The food at each restaurant on site was good!

I was warmly received by the staff, and had a great weekend trip with all inclusive amenities. Fair warning to those hoping for a fridge and a microwave: these are not included but the buffet and free drinks available more than make up for this. I would recommend this place for any first timers in Vallarta.

Great location that has both Marina and beach views. The resort spans two areas and has four pools. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The room was cleaned daily and food was good with the hotel having different food night themes. There are also two specialty restaurants. We met serveral fellow travelers that have been coming to this resort for years. I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay!! I went with my mom and we both enjoyed it so much, we'll be back next year! Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked over the pool. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We spent most of our time at the pools in the sun with wonderful cocktails. The staff from the front desk to the bartenders were extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Vamar!!!

Wonderful staff, very kind, helpful, above and beyond whenever they could. Our AC in our room broke, and when they couldn't fix it, we were immediately upgraded to a different room, all within 30 mins of our initial phone call to the desk! Very, very impressed with their response and care. The walk over to the beach side is nice, a little long in the heat, but not bad at all. All the swim up bars and pools were lovely. The entrance to the Marina boardwalk is right by the lobby, and pickup locations for most excursions are nearby and within walking distance. Resort is very child friendly, and family oriented, but also very low key and relaxing. We loved our experience. Food was about what we expected, some options were hit and miss but we always found something we really enjoyed, even if it wasn't everything. Our biggest complaint would be the birds at meal times, the staff try their best to shoo them but don't leave your food unattended for even a second or a bird WILL steal it lol. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and we would definitely return, great value for the price.

Stayed at this property Jan. 13 -18 2026. The location is stellar. Main building is right on the marina with the villas being right on the ocean. It’s clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good. Pools are fantastic and not busy. Great orientation to the sun for tanning. No coffee makers in the room and no ice machines anywhere. I would stay here again.

We had a great view from our room, however we were expecting balcony too. Apparently to get the balcony room we had to pay extra. Overall the staff tried their best to make our stay pleasant even tho some room upgrades were missing. The Italian restaurant has best food, we really enjoyed it. Having marina side & beach side is a plus for guests, walking distance from both sides very close. Location was pretty quiet & the pools were not packed. Mojito was great :)
