Sometimes it was abit overwhelming on the beach with the peddlers, ALOT… , ( but they were lovely and we expected that, ) We really loved everything about the hotel, the staff were so friendly, and our room was spotless every time we got back there. Room was clean. Mattress was hard as a rock, they should probably start replacing to new mattresses soon. Resort is in perfect location, everything you need. Staff at resort were excellent. We didn’t do all inclusive, not much point with all the restaurants in the area unless you’re a heavy drinker then all inclusive plan might be for you. Beach is amazing get there at 745am and Pedro will get you a chair and umbrella. Place is wicked, stayed with my wife and daughter.

This was a very nice Beach Resort! We had the all inclusive package - the food and drinks were great. It was in an amazing location in the Zona Romantica, in a very lively and walkable area. The hotel staff are friendly. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay.

The amenties were good. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. The ocean view was only from the patio. Pool area was nice, happy hours were good. Close to a lot of local activities, shopping, food and tours.
