"Property is designed by an A architect. It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

"Great pool area, dinner was fantastic, breakfast brunch was just okay. Service is a little slow but otherwise good. Fire alarm went off one night and we lost WiFi one morning but otherwise it was a very nice stay. My only complaint was the kids didn’t seem to stay to the kids pool"

"Excellent resort. Clean, friendly, welcoming, and beautiful. Great place to unwind. Close to marina. $20 10 minute Uber XL ride to downtown. Beautiful pool. Nice fitness center. They have dumbbells, various curl bars, treadmills, strength equipment, and a couple stationary bikes. Perfect for peloton or les mills sprint app. Last week of April was really quiet and very relaxing. Supposedly it’s a bit of a lull down here. "

"The resort is good, the servers & waiters were extremely nice, Mexican restaurant is fantastic, beach is stunning! We were a couple in the family suite, 7th floor on the far side from pool, room was nice and cleaned everyday. I wouldn’t want to be on floor 2-4 since it could be very loud at night during 8-10pm entertainment. Downsides; the check in process was slow, lounge chairs gone by 7am, very loud by pool during day, buffet food often overdone or cold, lots of people feeding the birds -...

Desde el primer día el lavamanos estaba muy sucio y le di una limpiada, por el resto de la semana que estuvimos ahí ni una sola vez el baño fue limpiado :( También me salieron chimenes ( cucaracha pequeña) en la misma área …"

"Enjoyed a lovely view overloking the pool and Banderas Bay. Hotel went above and got me a mini-fridge for my meds. Taxi to Malecon or Rio Cuale 100 - 125 pesos. Only con, were the low toilets, which for a person with bad knees and back, resulted in much pain. Otherwise, there were elevators and ramps for those who need wheelchairs. No pool or beach access for those in a wheelchair. Lovely place."
