So this hotel was definitely family friendly, so great for families. Not so much for single solo guests/travelers. I definitely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the free drinks (all inclusive) at the bar. Also, how helpful and friendly the staff was. Furthermore, I do have some complaints, the rooms were not so private. I could hear everything in the next room, it kept me up some nights. Second, the buffet food wasn't that good, lacked lots of flavor and not much of a variety, felt like I was eating the same food over and over. The last thing would be how outdated the room was, the thermostat was hard to figure out and the room didn't have enough blankets. Because at some nights, it got extremely cold in the room. Rooms need a Do Not Disturb signs too.

I recently stayed at Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience that I’d rate a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The location is one of the biggest highlights—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water, plus it’s conveniently close to downtown. The staff was generally friendly and hardworking, and several went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Wonderful experience. I was hesitant because the ratings were only at a 7.5 but now after staying there I have no idea why they aren’t rated higher. Service was excellent. Very clean. Adult pool area was perfect and the views were stunning. We seen humpback wales from the dining area during breakfast. Will definitely be back.

The AC worked well in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach was great! I think one more bar would have helped as it got pretty busy sometimes. Also, the snack bar wasn’t open for most of the day and only had one option each day. The entertainment and activities were great. The food was good as well. Overall we had a great first trip to Mexico and would return again.
