"Not enough things to do at night. Everything poolside closed at 5pm. Buffet food was absolutely horrible. Buffet staff did not want to get drinks or anything else. If u don’t catch breakfast none of the food places open till noon. It’s either swim all day or nothing else. Won’t book with them again. Not to mention they are constantly trying to sell u stuff or asking you to do surveys-very annoying!"

"Names Andy did it all: he was the Expedia liaison for everything we did. He helped us sign up for our dinners, connected us with the lifeguard after our friend fractured her foot, and maintained a professional yet friendly disposition! Alyn - nurse (lifeguard)wrapped Lynn’s foot, provided instruction and ice! Luis - There were a few people with this name. He was young, worked at the swim bar and said that he usually is a waiter near the swim bar. He was attentive, kept his cool when it got really busy and was very kind. We felt he was the best!! Jair- Attentive and responsive hard working bartender! Alexis / steak place waiter was friendly and helpful! Ramiro - Awesomely waited on us at the pool!! Francisco - Gracie restaurant Armando greeted us at the hibachi restaurant. He seated us and took our order. He was an excellent host!! Jesus at ZEN made our hibachi experience, the absolute best memory of all!!! his lighthearted, sense of humor and professional chef was very well received!!! we laughed so hard and ate such delicious food!"

"The resort is gorgeous and very well maintained. The beach was not as pictured and was very disappointing. The water is shallow and more like a bay than what I was expecting. Maybe that's on me for not understanding the location, but the pictures are misleading. The vegetarian food options are very okay, but the staff was always willing to work with me. The entertainment department is a bit lacking each night as well. The most fun we had was at karaoke but that was for one hour on one night. Overall amazing place and the room was great. Customer service was top notch!"

"Sandy de reception fue muy paciente y muy amable también. La comida del buffet estaba muy regular y no había mucha variedad, a parte de que casi todo lo encontrabas frío. Tampoco tenían todos los restaurantes abiertos lo cual me parece muy mal, porque una de las razones por las cuales decidí alojarme en Sensira era para tener variedad de restaurantes y la verdad el único restaurante bueno fue el rodeo, de resto todo muy regular. Les aconsejo que antes de reservar se aseguren que tiene abierto y/o disponible y también si quieren disfrutar de la playa, puerto Morelos, no es una bueno opción, ya que hay mucho sargazo y eso causa muy mal olor y no puedes meterte al mar."

"The balconies are perfection! They have really comfy couches and chairs and are completely covered and shady. We were on the main floor so our "balcony" was right next to a little river, which was between our terrace and a main pool. I spent most of my time reading there. It was gloriously relaxing with no sunscreen worries. The food was excellent! If you're okay without a great beach (they do try clearing the sargassum every morning), and you just want a lovely place to relax and eat well, this resort is perfect!"

"Our stay at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya - An Adults Only was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the greeting staff made us feel like VIPs—truly like something out of a movie. The warm welcome immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a flawless experience. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a relaxing, upscale atmosphere. The amenities were top-tier, and everything we needed was readily available and easy to access, which made the entire stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Housekeeping was exceptional—our room was always spotless, refreshed on time, and maintained with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. The food was consistently good, with plenty of options to choose from, and the service throughout the resort was mostly excellent. Staff members were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. Overall, this resort exceeded expectations in nearly every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with great service and amenities, this is definitely the place to be. We’re already looking forward to coming back."
