The staff is wonderful, everyone is so nice and very helpful. I also like the fact the hotel is close to the beach. The bad thing is the hotel has no parking and no elevators. It is a struggle to go up the stairs with the luggage especially if the luggage is big /heavy.

Just Okay. The location is the best part of this hotel, being close to 5th Ave, the beach, bus and ferry terminals. The room was very basic and the bathroom quite small. We lost power twice during our 4 day stay. The pool is pretty much non existent. I’d pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

Good location in town on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. Was a nice break from the huge resorts. Seaweed was no different here than anywhere else but they tried to keep it cleaned up.

Everything about the property was great except the bed! That was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Aside from that, location was amazing the Luciana beach club is now seperate and to use you have to spend about $400 pesos which wasn’t bad. Never got to go to the Carmen roof top which is what’s included now with the stay

Great hotel Very helpful for the check-in process as we arrived earlier they agreed to keep our luggages Our room was great Good location The only this is the beach club link to the hotel requested a minium consumable if you want to use their beds even you are a guest at the hotel. The Luciana was fine. I liked the location. Its really right between the beach and La Quinta Ave. I actually found it to be a fairy quiet place considering location. The only thing i would complain about was no hot water in shower. But after a hot day on the beach and roof top pool it was still ok.

The location is great to everything although it can be a bit loud at times . Room is very functional, clean and has everything you need ( except the pillows which are too high). FYI: If you are planning to spend some time by the beach, the pool is almost non existent and chairs by the beach are not included. You have to pay 300-400 pesos each ( which typically is a min spend at the restaurant). Also the beach in front of the hotel has rocks and is not very comfortable to just go for a swim, but you can go further back if you don’t mind.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Needs some updates but overall clean. On the main strip next to shopping and walkable to everything. The rooftop access to bar and pool of the Carmen hotel had amazing views of the ocean and more relaxing if you didn’t want to be on the sandy beach. The only downside was there is no onsite parking and we had to drag luggage down main streets and park blocks away. Expect it to be busy, noise and regular activities along a main strip of a city.
