"The pool was not open (huge disappointment). Traveling with kids, needed the pool.. I should be reimbursed for not having a functioning pool. The bathroom has no where to hold anything in the shower. Not enough pillows on the beds."

"We booked a Villa and thought it would nicer than a standard room. The floors where dirty and the floor tiles where broken. It had a mini kitchen and fridge with no utensils to use the kitchen for anything. Would not recommend."

"Breakfast was ok. Very short staffed ...waiting for a front desk person for about an hour for check-out, very rude person when he finally arrived. They now charge for parking! I am a member- Very disappointing "

"At 7:30 am the offering was sparse blueberry muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. The lobby/office opens at 7 am. There was water dribbling in the tub, and water would not warm up for a shower. The tub was dingy, not necessarily dirty, just needing replacement. Struggled to close the door; appeared to be some damage to the top bolt. The staff was friendly but seem understaffed as we waited about ten minutes for the clerk who was getting towels and sheets for another guest. "

"I have to say the pool area is gorgeous. Comfortable chairs places to eat really enjoyed it. The only thing is the rooms for me. I find they need an update."

"Love coming to a Plunge for an easy beach weekend! Location is great and staff is attentive and friendly! Love getting a room facing the pool or beach.. there are other restaurants in just a short walk or golf cart ride."
