"Staff was very nice, always making sure me and my family had clean towels and all proper needs. Great place to book at felt very welcomed here. Walking distance to the ocean and a bunch of great food spots. "

"Nice clean room, nice staff. Arrived on Sunday and only one of three elevators worked. Was that way for the whole week. I think it’s ridiculous that charge you for self parking the same as valet. Other than that would return. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Great location. The only negative about this place was the extremely slippery shower floor. "

"I was not happy at all. My safe did not work in my room & it would not have been able to have been fixed until later that day when the maintenance man showed up. I then had to walk around town with my possessions that should have been able to have been locked up safely. There was hair in my bathroom when we checked in & it did not belong to myself or my daughter. There was people talking loudly outside our door late into the night which did not make us feel very comfortable. I decided to leave the hotel & when I went to retriever my clothes from the closet the bar that my clothes were hanging on fell on me. When I went to check out early bc of my discomfort & dissatisfaction I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also e-mailed the hotel to see if I could get some resolution that way but I got no response from them at all. I thought that was very disappointing. "
