"Property was decently maintained. It’s an older motel with minor updates. Was clean. Location is close to the beach, but was far north of las olas blvd and most of the more popular Ft Lauderdale locations."

"It gives off the appearance of beach across the street(which it is), but you can only access it in certain spots. If you dont mind walking a little bit carrying your beach stuff then its a great place for the price."

"Room was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, dead bugs in the room, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. We knew we were going to leave after the first night to give us time to book another hotel. Got up in the morning and showered, grabbed a towel and there were 2 blood stains on it. They advertised a restaurant on their website but it was closed for “remodeling”. When asked about it they said “we never advertised a restaurant”. The bar area was full of leaves and looked like it hadn’t been touched in months. The staff were rude and didn’t help at all. Don’t waste your time and money on this so called “beach resort hotel and suites” joke."

"I had mixed feelings about my stay here. On the positive side, the property itself is clean, parking was easy and convenient, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. However, our room had a very strong chemical smell from the cleaning products that lingered for two days, which made it uncomfortable to relax. What really made this experience disappointing, though, was the customer service at the front desk. When we arrived, we mentioned it was our first time visiting, but there was no welcome or acknowledgment. Instead, we were met with a cold and dismissive attitude from the front desk staff member, Ami. When we asked about late checkout, her response felt rushed and irritated. She bluntly told us to be out by 11:00 AM, and when we asked about extending, she curtly said it would be $50 until 1:00 PM, again emphasizing we needed to be out by 11:00. The tone was unnecessarily rude. The next day, I asked a simple question about whether our room would be cleaned. Instead of answering, Ami responded with, “Didn’t you just get here last night?!” which came off as sarcastic and unhelpful. When I pointed out her ongoing attitude, she brushed it off and still didn’t answer the question, instead telling me to use the “Do Not Disturb” sign. At that point, I just walked away. It’s unfortunate because the property itself has potential, but customer service like this really affects the overall experience. Guests especially first-time visitors should feel welcomed and comfortable. "
