Hotels near Imperial Square Shopping Center

"Partial ocean view over the pool beautiful view Very nice balcony Room very clean and comfortable. Only issue was housekeeping we were there 3 days one day only got 2 clean towels no new washcloths or hand towels. Next day took all used towels and left only bath towels no wash cloths or hand towels. Also trash containers are small but never emptied. Was happy to see a separate container for recycling. Other than that the stay was amazing all staff very friendly and helpful "

"I have stayed here on multiple occasions and the last time I stayed I wrote a review telling them the property was in bad shape and needed painting/new carpet and I was told they had plans to renovate. Well, a year later....still the same tired hallways, elevator and common areas. And the rooms are just ok, very tired and NO lenghthview mirror!!! And the staff at the cafe in the lobby area was a joke - you might want to look into that! Then, to end things, I asked for a receipt because I didn't stop at the desk to check out (because I had no additional charges) and discovered they overcharged me by $80 for parking yet I DIDN'T even have a car!! It took me 5 separate phone calls just to reach someone and then I was forgotten on hold so had to call back!!! I still haven't seen the credit on my account but I will be checking!! Other than having the restaurant and cafe on site, I would not recommend staying here. The day we left my husband did see a sign that said they were renovating....not that we could see anywhere!"

"This hotel is wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so accommodating. The hotel has a lot to offer… champagne and cookies at arrival, a beautiful pool, delicious food and comfortable rooms. I can’t recommend this hotel more! We booked this last second from another terrible experience and am so thankful we found the Westin!"

"I had an amazing time, even though it was so cold in Florida that week! Room was nice clean, staff was amazing. Mellissa was amazing getting us, helping getting us checked in was do easy! We only found out that there was a whole beautiful area of shopping and eating right around the corner! Can't wait to come back and stay there! "
