"Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏"

"Great location and nice hotel but not a 5 star. The concierge and doorman were the best staff members, very helpful and nice but others we interacted with were not great, especially in the bar and restaurant. The spa and thermal waters were nice but very crowded. "

"I had a very comfortable stay, very quiet with an early breakfast catered for. When you become more established putting numbers on bedroom doors would be a good idea. "

"We had a really lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and provided a map of key attractions. Good amenities such as a lovely outside bar, Dyson hairdryer in room and larder of drinks and treats. The room looked over the city with a beautiful view which was only a short walk away. The only down side was a lack of any appropriate vegan dinner options however the breakfast was lovely and concierge staff tried hard to help with a restaurant booking.
