Great Location, Very clean and well maintained. Staff was great. We enjoyed a complimentary wine and cheese buffet, which was very nice. The rooms are purposefully very small but extremely well thought out and well appointed.

All of the staff were absolutely amazing, they were very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful for shopping, food, and sightseeing. I was even able to extend my stay by a few days without any issues and was even offered a discount when you become a Z hotel member. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel for a basic stay. Everything is very clean and staff are incredibly helpful with excellent customer service. Room amenities are basic with a tea/coffee station but no safe or fridge (just fyi). Rooms are small so perfect for solo travelling. Location is right in the centre of main high street (directly opposite the royal theatre). I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast though as not much on offer for those with specific dietary requirements.
