"Excellent for Dog friendly!! Terrible for all else. Asked for an extra blanket for 91 year old, didn’t get one. Gave us one plastic cup for the two of us. Heater was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV, and it scared the dog when it came on. Let the shower run for over 10 minutes never got hot, so no shower. Will never stay there again!!!"
