Great area to stay at. The manager was very fast to reply even tho' we booked this as an emergency at the last minute on Saturday sept 30. The place was great, clean, comfortable and at a great price! Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It was very quiet, clean, and modern. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and the beach. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere. If you are looking for somewhere away from the crowds and very peaceful, this is the place for you!

Its location is quite centric and the entire building is so quiet in the evening. Was there for 1 week and the elevator was out of service, unsure why it never got fixed.

Nice Place to Stay, Will Come Back Again

My trip was good and the places was clean and roomy, I would suggest cheaper rates for cleaning and Newer Towels...also get a Back Up Generator for the Building when the Power goes OUT...And a Special Thanks to My Concierge Julieta she was amazing and deserves to be paid more...and to the Maids too thank you ALL.

The property was ok however, the apartment was not entirely clean. I was asked for a deposit as I was given the keys. I was questioned about some stains that were found on the bed spread. The pots in the kitchen were dirty and scratched. What I did like was that the location was perfect and walkable.

Not actually a hotel a services flat.

The place is modern, the rooftop pool is very nice can’t complain, bed is comfortable. Two of the towels had stains, floor was unclean, air conditioning was not cold at all. Oh and there is a school right in front of it with loud bells and kids all day long. Staff at reception were nice, staff responsible for the room less nice and a bit rude and unfriendly.

Hard to find the place but the location is good

Beware that the address is wrong on Google maps. It took 30 minutes to find this place. Location is great, room was very large and spacious. Had a safe and lots of towels. Cost was very cheap for the night. The place is very noisy, the bathroom door to outside had a crack so we could hear all the street noises. Only one roll of toilet paper in the washroom, other washroom didn’t have any. Overall this place is very basic but the price is good. There was a pool but we didn’t get time to use it. There is staff at the front desk which was helpful. I’m glad I only stayed on quick night here.

If you're looking for a walkable property where you can experience it all at an affordable price, this is it. It was clean and modest. The rooftop pool was great and all of the staff we encountered were kind. Expect to pay around $12 if you need any laundry cleaned. It's a terrific and fast service. Do note, you'll need to purchase paper towels, additional toilet paper, Lysol wipes (or other cleaning mechanism), all toiletries, and bottled water. It would behoove you to bring additional towels as they do not provide an adequate amount per guest. You may also want to bring a noise canceling machine. We'd stay here again for a shorter duration because it was clean, has gated parking, and is affordable.

Nice property

This is a nice property and I had a comfortable stay. It is a very spacious and well equipped condo. I didn’t realize that it’s not an actual hotel until I checked in. I received a message from the very kind concierge who gave instructions to open a lockbox to collect the key. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and it’s quiet so I had a great sleep. I only stayed one night but I think this would be a good spot for a longer holiday, the location is great, close to groceries and restaurants but away from the noise of clubs and bars. The booking site said there is a rooftop bar but when I went up there for happy hour it was no longer functional, doesn’t look like it’s been open for a long time. Also I don’t know that I’d care to use the pool loungers, they look a bit sad. Also, although there is a spacious balcony, there is no furniture on it so sitting outside with a coffee or drink wasn’t possible. I would stay again though, the price was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable.

Anah Downtown

My stay at Anah Downtown was marked by a series of contrasting experiences. On the downside, the absence of concierge service between 5 pm and 9 am was a notable inconvenience. During these off-hours, guests are left without the support and assistance they may require. Similarly, the front desk's inability to provide assistance when I lost my room key was disappointing and reflected a lack of attentiveness to guest needs. If I hadn't found my lost key I would of slept in the lobby. This is completely unacceptable as a paying guest. Moreover, the discovery of stained sheets and pillowcases upon arrival was a disappointing start to my stay. Despite notifying my concierge, whom assured me they were changed and cleaned, the issue remained unresolved throughout my visit. Again, we are paying guests and simple requests like this should be resolved without any hesitation. However, amidst everything , Anah Downtown was a convenient spot. The buildings location proved to be a significant asset, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the premises were clean and well-kept. Finally, the rooftop pool emerged as a standout feature of my stay.

Although the condo unit (204 and 204B) looks nice and is a very good size, it’s located facing the street (Avenida 20) and therefore is a very noisy unit. That avenue is quite busy and loud vehicles pass on it constantly (especially since the building is located next to the ADO bus station). I do not recommend that unit if you want a relaxing night and if you are not a deep sleeper. The door lock inside the condo does not lock the door so use the key to lock the deadlock from the inside if you want to lock the door at night. Other units in the building are rented to longer term tenants and there is always a person at the front desk to manage the ins and outs of the building. No unregistered visitors permitted after 10pm which is great. Coffee pot was broken. Floors were very dirty (porous tile is hard to clean) so keep your shoes or flip flops on. No AC in the bathroom of unit 204B because the shower has a shuttered window with no glass. We had to buy or own garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper as it is more of an airbnb unit. Missing a few kitchen items that would be very useful such as a can opener and toaster.

We were placed in a connecting room of an apartment. There was a door in the room that seperated us from our neighbors which was so uncomfortable and awkward. The walls are so thin we heard all of their conversations. The hotel does not provide basic essentials such as a blow dryer, in room safe, cups, and toilet paper which you have to get on your own. The water pressure of the toilet is weak and lets you flush once every 30min or so. The property does not give you anything for your money except a bed to sleep in. I find that cheaper motels/ hotels worldwide offer more than this hotel when it comes to the basics. All types of cleaning services including clean towels, and sheets are extra so if you're staying 5/7 days it's not worth it to stay here. You can get a little more for your money by staying somewhere else. Overall it was an ok experience this was our first time not doing all inclusive and would not come back to this particular property. The good thing about the hotel is that it is not too far from 5th Ave. The rooftop pool is nice with a good view, and they keep the grounds clean. Also the staff is very nice :) Bare in mind they do not take credit card deposits but ask for 300USD cash on arrival, this makes it inconvenient for converting back and forth if you do not live in the US.
