"Unfortunately the carpets in my room were soaking wet, you couldn’t walk on the carpet without it soaking through your socks and the smell was absolutely dreadful. I asked to be moved to a different room the next night, which was done with minimal fuss from the staff.
Breakfast, while plentiful, the hash browns were stone cold, the croissant were hard as and I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I ordered an omlettle which was cold and raw runny egg on the inside. The tea stand I don’t think was switched on as my cup of tea was cold.
We moved to a different hotel.
The pool was lovely."

"Staff here are all super helpful and communicating was super easy via WhatsApp. We had an AC issue with our room and they sent the engineer to fix it multiple times during our stay (even in the late night hours). When they eventually determined it couldn't be fixed, we were offered a room switch & they helped us move our luggages as well. Love the location as it is right on top of a mall, MTR station, & bus terminal. It is a little out of the way from the city center but still very convenient & love the spacious family/friend room with the 3 beds. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a little extra space and/or longer stay. Biggest wish is for on-site laundry but there is a 24-hr laundromat nearby."

"Excellent location with access to shopping and restaurant options (food court and restaurants), rooms well priced for a 5 star. I would recommend and look forward to returning. Special mention - staff were exceptional, friendly and accommodating."

"The hotel location is very convenient. There is a direct A41 bus from the airport, and also many bus routes to Kowloon. The Shek Mun MTR station is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to Shek Mun MTR Station.
The hotel room is spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The staff are very polite and professional.
I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
