"I booked this hotel thinking it was a four star. It did not looked like a four star at all. The rooms were old. The bed looked old. Everything felt more like a 3 star hotel. Although the staff were nice, even they agree with me it is not a four star hotel when I told them. I called expedia to change my hotel because I am a world traveler and I know what a four star is. Expedia agreed and gave me my refund and booked me to the right four star hotel. "
