"The staff was absolutely amazing and don’t get enough credit. My friend lost her luggage and we were constantly checking in. They were gracious and patient and provided the utmost support. The lobby area is gorgeous and vast, the bar is also nice. The rooms are really small, but it is London after all. Most rooms are going to be on the smaller size. Thank you!"

"Our room was clean, had teacups, a teapot, daily towel change, and housekeeping. The hotel is old, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an up and coming neighbourhood. Lots of construction, but very close to St. Pacreas and King's Cross stations. Lovely walk to the British Museum and then Soho and the theatres. Value for money given we didn't come to London to stay in the rom!"
