STG Hotel London Oxford Street
Not enough lifts for hotel capacity Check in not very efficient. Have stayed at this hotel several times but this has now changed names and been rebranded and taken over by a different company. Intent checking desk to be told to go to self check in. I had to ask for help which the staff did help ...

Point A London Kings Cross - St Pancras
Between a 3 and 4, had a room without a window which was the size of the bed and not much more, but helpful staff and asked for quiet and it was. Shower etc all fine. Only real criticism was that the bedding and duvet etc were all polyester and not great quality.

Tavistock Hotel
Property was clean staff was friendly. Included breakfast was very good, but staff seemed a little inefficient in running morning service. Started at 7am, coffee machine wasnt cleaned yet.
