Riviera Beach Hotels near Panama City Beach

"We were excited as we pulled up to the hotel and saw what a great location we were in. Close to everything. Easy parking. When we entered, we were greeted with a welcoming hello from the front desk by BOBBY. He was kind and was so very helpful. He explained everything to us . Bobby was at the front desk every time we needed and even stay abit later to help us. I introduced Bobby to my relatives when I took 15 of us to coconut Charley's for dinner. I hadn't made reservations but the staff was wonderful and accomadted us immediately. The waitress and staff were great and all were very friendly. The breakfasts that were included with are stay were great. We were so pleased with our rooms. Everything was so clean and all housekeeping staff were very helpful. I have been to Panama City Beach before, but never stayed on the beach. I totally recommend the HYATT PLACE and if you stay make sure you get balcony rooms that face the water. Magnificent view and sunrise. Now for the amenity EVERYONE loved.......the huge swimming pool with the lazy river was great. All 7 of us had a fantastic time in the pool. Thanks for all your kindness. Although the beach had some undertow problems, we had a great time in the pool. When in the beach every room was given 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella to sit on the beach. The next time we are in Panama City Beach, we will be booking with you "

"If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and you never have to move your car… this is the place. Park your car and enjoy all that is within walking distance of the hotel. Food, fun and beach. Pier park is at your back door, beach is at the front door and you could door dash anything else you need. Dog friendly, family friendly and just all around great place to enjoy the beach. "

"I stayed 4 nights and I really enjoyed how quiet and safe I felt. The property is older, but everything was clean and worked perfectly. I loved sitting on the ocean front balcony and listening to the waves. I will stay here again next time I visit Florida!"

"It was just me and my wife for a 4 night clarion and it was perfect for us! The kitchen rooms on the tower with a beach view are the best!! Even cooked a steak in the room one night and it was great! Super easy beach access! Will stay there again definitely!"

"The suite was perfect with the pullout sofa, kitchenette and two double beds. Plenty of spaces to put your clothes and luggage but the balcony is smaller than the pics and really only two people can be out there sitting and 3-4 can stand and see the beach perfectly! I would ask for floor 5 or higher to be able to see the ocean. I was on the 11th floor and it was perfect! "
