If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access. Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit. Good coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Parking is hard if you want to be close to the room, you have to park across the street if spaces aren't available. Beach view is nice. Pool is decent but closes at sunset. Tried to check in at 4:00 check in time but my room was not ready. Overall a decent place to stay for a day or so if you just want to be at the beach.

I hate the fact the check in is so late I had to wait in my car for 3 hours lol. The pool couldn’t be used at night since the lights in it were broken. And the bathroom needed some serious fixing. I was only here for one night though so I put up with it. But other than that the staff were nice, the hotel is in a good location pretty close to the Walmart and Pier Park.

We liked the location...a couple doors down from Sharkey's. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean....all except the bathroom floor. It was in need of repair and FILTHY. Looked like it had not been cleaned/mopped in over a month. The balcony railing needs serious work. Not at all safe. It was just my husband and myself this trip. Had we had children with us, no Bueno. We would not have stayed there.
