The room was older. However, it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice size bathroom. We opened the back door and were 30 steps from the beach. Wonderful stay! Will return.

The room was clean and the staff members were very kind and courteous. We were sent down to the Reef, which we love, while Seahaven was undergoing renovations. We stayed there at Thanksgiving, also. The only problem we had, both times, was the lack of hot water in the shower. The sink water was hot but neither of us would fit in the sink to take a bath. Didn't care for a lukewarm bath.

We were not allowed the room we booked due to them having over half the site closed for renovation. We booked a room to accommodate 6 and the biggest they offered upon arrival was big enough to accommodate 4 causing the last part of our party to not attend. The attendant was not easy to understand either. However she did let us check in early with no extra cost, it is right on the beach with couple access to the beach and they give coupon for kids to eat free at Sharkys restaurant there on property.

The pool is great! The staff is really nice and helpful! It’s on the beach which is the best part! There’s a few things to do in walking distance and pier park is less than a mile from seahaven! Love it!

We were only given one bath towel for 2 people. The water would not get warm in the shower. The heat would not work (weather was in 50s) so we had to buy a space heater at wal mart. Room was clean, beach views were awesome. You could walk to sharkeys and they had live music. Room was affordable, just very not fancy.
