"The best things about the property were the beach and pool. We had a king room with pull out couch. First I noticed the floor was wet, but I thought maybe they had to clean the carpet. When it wasn’t dry by the next day, and our clothes and everything felt wet, I realized there was a problem. They brought in a dehumidifier and it read the room as having 92% humidity. I was able to get them to switch us to a different room. Both rooms the pull out couch was rusty, mattress sucked and I had to ask for linens for it. The ovens were also rusty. The kitchens are barely stocked, so don’t plan on using the oven unless you bring pots and pans. There were a few coffee cups and mugs, and about 2 each spoons, forks and butter knives. First bathroom shower rod was crooked so curtain would not stay closed. The free WiFi was terrible so if you have teens or need to work on your laptop, make other plans. We will not be staying here again. The staff was super nice and helpful though. The pool and hot tub were nice, and just a few steps and you’re on the white sand beach."
