Riviera Beach Hotels near Panama City Beach

"This "resort" was no resort. The room we booked was barely big enough for the bed, let alone walking around it. The bathroom was tiny. The TV didn't work. We spent one night because it was a very late arrival. The next morning, there was nowhere to get breakfast at the "resort" and we didn't have a vehicle. We requested a refund for the other 4 nights we had booked, and they apparently gave it to us. I have a receipt for the refund, but I have not received it to our bank account. I do NOT recommend this "resort". We moved to a Best Western Plus which was excellent, although not on the beach,"

"Beautiful view! Friendly staff… Cardinal was Excellent! The shower did not have hot water… warm water but was not remotely hot. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights. The only issue I had was housekeeping not cleaning our room after requesting it several times. They did bring clean towels and they made up one of the beds but they did not change the sheets because there was sand in the bed when we got in it that night. Overall this was a phenomenal property and we will definitely stay here again. "

"I would say the best thing about the property was the ocean view and beach. We unknowingly came at a bad time which was the tail end of spring break. People staying at the hotel were not very respectful of others, up late making noise, inappropriate flags hanging from balcony. Hotel was not in best condition, shower kept leaking until we got someone to fix it. Had to get replacement bed sheets when we checked into room. The boardwalk was unstable. After a sunset was walking to boardwalk from beach, I tripped on one of the boards and fell, bruised up my arm, hand, knee. Made report, but they didn't seem to accommodating from the incident other than taking notes because I requested it. All in all not the best experience at this hotel."
