"0/10! Not even worth a star. Staff- rude and do not care that you paid hard earn money to stay here! Will take your money and charge extra! Hotel room- smell of mold and weed! Dirty and grimy! Bed is hard and not clean! You get one roll of toilet paper and nothing else. Appliance barely work and are not clean! Mold on the roof! You better not walk around without shoes! Some guest smoke anything and everything! EVERYWHERE! It is NOT a smoke free environment. You pay for parking if you can find it because they are so money hungry the general public parks here to! When you arrive and they tell you your room isn’t clean yet it’s because it never will be. If it rains the roof will leak on your BED and don’t even think about asking for a refund you will not get it. I requested to be checked out and they still haven’t checked me out I stayed one night due to poor living conditions, once you complain your put on the naughty list and black listed. Please listen to the reviews, you could end up sick after staying at this place due to the lack of cleanliness! 0/10!!! They take money but do not upgrade anything or fix anything! They don’t care about your family or your health. It is not wheelchair accessible like they claim also. TRASH!!!!!!!! Do not recommend 0!!!!!!!!!!!! STARS!!!!!!!!!! They say they will take your review and learn nope! Will not!!!!"

"This was our family’s first time staying at this property. This is a great value beachfront hotel, if you’re looking for bows and whistles or five star accommodations, you will be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a clean bed and steps to the beach then this is it. Sharkys are just about next door and kids eat free if you stay at any of the 3 properties under Seahaven. This is an older property so it’s not perfect."
