"Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating. "
"The staff was amazing and wonderfully accommodating. We really appreciated the free umbrellas we were able to use during out stay since it rained the day we arrived. The hotel was decked in Christmas decorations that really helped set the mood for our holiday stay. "
"The level of customer service was excellent. A full staffed foyer, a helper at hand in every area, you just don’t get that level of service these days. Really, really great stay."
"Great and stylish hotel at the center of Covent Garden and the West End. Friendly staff. But rooms are a bit too small for more than a couple and for longer stay."
"This boutique hotel has lovely staff. The room was spotless and comfortable. My breakfasts were delicious. They have a private reception area just for hotel guests where coffee, soft drinks, juice and snacks are complimentary. Great location on Leicester Square "
