"The property is very nicely located, steps from Charing Cross station. Which is a quick to ride to any of the Gatwick trains. My biggest issue was when I arrived. There was absolutely no air-conditioning in the room. The Front Desk was very disinterested in helping. They showed up with a fan that had clearly been left in the hallway from the previous occupants of the room who had the same complaint. Since there’s no windows air-conditioning is vital in this hotel eventually after asking several times and with Mont reluctance from the staff member and a very thorough inspection to make sure I didn’t touch anything in the original room, they move me to another room where the air-conditioning works slightly better but not great. I appreciate it’s a budget, friendly micro hotel in Soho, but still basic comforts like breathable air is required. If it wasn’t for the air-conditioning issue, I would’ve given it a higher rating. The Front Desk staff were otherwise great with the exception of this one very reluctant person when I checked in."

"Stayed at this hotel whenever in London.New owners now call it STG. First dont go before 2.15 on the dot they will not be flexible as previously. Only one pillow and the flimsiest duvet. The matress was dated 2011 and left me with a bad back. They send you a txt after check in any requests for me that was another pillow which was totally ignored so had to ask next morning. Room was not cleaned or bed made during our stay the reply to this was they only do them every fohrth day !!!. No tea making facilities as before. The rooms are not cheap relevat to what you get. We definately will not stay in this hotel again."
