"It was okay, but stuff like microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle are not included in basic rooms, and instead are only available for IHG premium. Only found out about this after I had moved in my luggage. Hosts are great and very friendly. "

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a historic building with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere. Room was well appointed with a fantastic bed and good shower. We had a quick dinner at the restaurant, which offers a small menu. Food was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and location is perfect, on a quiet street in the city center near the train station and minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Room had obviously been a smoker's room at some point and was a little faded. Scaffolding outside the window and a 7.30 am wake-up call from the workmen..... However, it was a one night, solo stay, so no big issue. Staff were very pleasant and would stay again - but would check the renovation situation first....."

"My second “perfect stay” at Blendin and definitely not my last … The staff is so nice and always helpful, the rooms are just absolutely stunning and the breakfast is great .. The overall experience is just lovely!"

"Hostel is quite a way out of Haarlem and next to a busy road but on arrival we discovered we had been given a room at the back facing the park - much appreciated as 4 cyclists on a cycle/touring holiday. Lovely friendly staff . Had some snacks from the bar and there was a lovely brazier to sit around in the garden . Met some friendly Dutch and Americans. Breakfast adequate for our needs ."

"Hosts were very friendly and communicated well, there is a shop on site with small selection of essential items for sale , visit to the local supermarket is recommended for larger groups/families look forward to visiting again in the future"
